Tonight I changed gears and took on my first critique. It was a 4,000-word short story that I found enjoyable overall. Writing the critique opened my mind to evaluating my own work. This process should help me in my own “alpha” editing. In addition to allowing me to submit my own work on Critters Workshop (@CrittersDotOrg), this is going to be a great experience. For now, though this is a short blog, I am going to get some rest. Tomorrow, I might be able to attack more.
